I've only done makeup on friends and family. Is this too advanced for me?
This is exactly where most students start. Jenny's teaching style is specifically designed to meet you where you are and move you forward quickly. You will keep up. You will learn.
How long does the online course take to complete?
The course is 13 modules and is designed to be completed in about a month. You go at your own pace, on your own schedule — and you’ll be ready for the in-person training once you’ve worked through it.
Do I need to have a professional makeup kit when I come to class?
Yes. Your kit needs to be built and ready before you walk in the room — and that's exactly why it's important to start today. The moment you enroll, you get instant access to the online course and The Ultimate Makeup Kit Playbook, which walks you through building your kit step by step. It takes about a month to put together. During that time you'll be learning the fundamentals online and practicing on friends, family, and models — so by the time you walk into class, you've already started applying what you've learned. Then in class, we take everything you've been building and refine it even further. It's a process — and it works.
Do you provide models for the in person class?
Each student is responsible for bringing their own model for each day of training. No model? No problem — you can always do your own makeup for the class. To find models, post on your Facebook or Instagram and ask friends and family — you'll be surprised how many people will volunteer! There will also be models available through the class, so you won't be left without someone to work on.
Where does the in-person training take place?
Training is held in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Exact location details are provided to enrolled students upon confirmation.
I’m not in Dallas, Texas. Can I still train with Jenny?
Absolutely. Jenny offers a complete online certification path for students outside of DFW. You’ll complete the full online course, submit your work, and earn your certification from wherever you are. Many students also choose to travel to Dallas for the in-person experience — Jenny’s team will help you plan if you go that route.
When is the next hands on training date?
